Amanda Flanagan – Acclaimed position

4:06pm – opening comments

- What committees would you be interested in participating on

  • Amanda – So far, I find many of the subcommittees interesting. Especially I am interested in the new programs that could be offered in Laurier Brantford and the part that Senate plays. I would rather not like to get into more specifics, as I am still learning about the various subcommittees

- Which unique programs would you be advocating for on the Senate

  • We have a number of unique programs, however I would like to work on expanding the Health Studies program. I know many students in that program that find it interesting and I would like to help them develop. As far as creating new programs, I have nothing off the top of my head, though I’d be interested in looking to expand on the many other existing programs
